Carolyn Kilday – "How to Plan Out a Successful Painting"

The Central Texas Pastel Society (CTPS) is happy to announce a pastel Mini-Workshop for Winter 2026.  


If you have been skipping the "prep" before jumping right into a painting, don't miss this opportunity to learn or review these important steps! This 3-hour workshop with Carolyn Kilday follows directly after our January 17th monthly meeting (which meets 10:00 am to 12:30 pm), and will focus on "How to Use Design Principles, Value Sketches, and Color Thumbnails to Plan Out a Successful Painting".  


Date:  January 17, 2026

Time: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Location: Georgetown Public Library, 402 W Eighth Street, Georgetown TX.

Price: $35 for members, $50 for non-members*
