Prospectus: October 2026 CTPS Exhibit "Through the Window"

Exhibit is at "Art Direct", 720 S Bell Blvd, Building 9, Cedar Park TX 78613

Here are the details:

— Entry begins August 16th and deadline is August 30th.

— The delivery date is Thursday, October 1st, 10:00-10:30am.

— The reception will be Saturday, October 3rd, 2:00-3:30pm. (We will provide the refreshments.)

— Pick up work on Friday, October 30th 10:00-10:30am.

Theme: “Through the Window” —This theme can be interpreted from inside looking out, or outside looking in. It can include any kind of window (use your artist imagination). There just needs to be something to indicate that it’s a window.

Registration for this event will be through the CTPS website (www.centexpastel.com) (SEE FORM BELOW) where you will receive a link to pay your entry fee and instructions on mailing your images. Entry fee is $15 for one or two pieces.

There is room for a maximum of 25 pieces, so if you submit two pieces, indicate your first choice.

Please limit your image size to 16x20.

Framing requirements: All pieces must have D rings and wire on the back. Neutral mats are encouraged. Label the back of each piece with: Image name, your name, price, contact information. No metal frames, and frames must be in good shape or Art Direct will reject them.

There is a 20% commission taken by art Direct and they handle the sales.

CTPS reserves the right to reject any artwork that fails to meet these guidelines. 

All reasonable care will be taken with entrants' paintings. However, neither CTPS, nor CTPS Board of Directors and volunteers, nor the employees of Art Direct in Cedar Park  are responsible for loss or damage to your paintings, however caused. Your entry constitutes agreement with this understanding. It is recommended that you carry your own insurance.
